Si Jie Anja WeiseKung Fu (KF) Si Jie Anja Weise began classes in KF at the Golden Lion Academy in early 1999. Her reasons for joining KF came about because she was interested in doing something cardiovascular and, which also complemented her Tai Chi training. Anja thought she would trial the KF class for 3 months under the direction of Master Richard Tsui-Po, she thoroughly enjoyed the training and decided to continue. In 2001 Si jie Anja began, and is still currently, teaching KF to children at the Berwick Academy. Anja says “it is a great joy to see the children I once taught now as young adults continuing with their Kung Fu” For several years Anja was a regular participant in the Golden Lion Wushu class training under the direction of Master Steeve Kiat and competed in various tournaments: Commenced training at the Berwick Centre, 1999Gold medallist in Five Animal Elementary Barehand Golden Lion tournament 2002.Bronze medalist in Southern International Barehand routine WTPA competition 2005Bronze medallist in Southern International Cudgel routine WTPA competition 2005.Twice trained at the Beijing Wushu Institute, China with Master Wu Bin’s instructors.Achieved 1st Degree Black-belt in KF 20077 years teaching experience Accredited KF Instructor with the NCASBack to Masters and Instructors
