My Kung Fu Blog
Please see below for links to my kung fu blog entries.
My Kung Fu Blog is my way of letting you know -- immediately – all the new updates, new web pages and the
latest information on kung fu and martial arts...without you having to remind yourself to visit my website.
It’s all done for you. My kung fu blog will…
* keep you up-to-date with other postings, news and articles about how you can improve your kung fu or martial arts training;
* let you know whenever any new Web page appear on kung-fu-fitness-and-defence.com;
* point out the latest (and most useful) article that you might otherwise miss out on;
* let you know when I send out the kung fu lion's roar e-zine (just in case you prefer not to give your e-mail address, or if your ISP or computer causes you to miss an important issue).
Here's how to Subscribe to my kung fu blog (no e-mail necessary)
- Click on the My Yahoo! button or My MSN or Add To Google button if you have a personalized home page there.
OR
- If you do not have an RSS reader, don't worry. First, and if you are not sure what RSS and blogging is all about, click on the blue link below the Orange buttons on your left... "What's an RSS Feed?" It will explain RSS and gives you all the instructions you need to download the free RSS reader.
Then to Subscribe, all you have to do is this:
1. Right click on the Orange RSS button
2. Copy the link that says "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy link Location" depending on the browser you use. All you need to do here is to copy the name of the link of my RSS feed. You'll be pasting the name of that link into the RSS Reader that you have downloaded.
3. In the RSS Reader, click on "Clear/New" and paste the link in the top left box that says "Feed Name". Then click on Import. It will take you to another box and you'll have to paste the link name again and click on Import.
That's all.
Once you start, you will be amazed at the speed RSS can keep you up to date.
Enjoy it, it is a fantastic way to keep up to date!
