Kung Fu Accredited Instructor
Brett Munckton

Kung Fu Brett Munckton is a 5th grade student and instructor. He has trained for 6 and a half years and has over 4 years of teaching experience. He assisted with the children’s class for two years and has been teaching adults for a similar period of time. He was accredited to coach KF under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme in April 2004.

Brett took up KF to improve his fitness and self defence. While achieving this through his training he also believes he has gained many additional benefits. "Training has helped me improve my self discipline, helping me to focus and accomplish my goals in my Martial Arts and in other areas of my life" says Brett.

Brett has competed in a number of Golden Lion tournaments and state championship and is currently focusing on achieving his black belt and on improving his form work for upcoming state and national championships.

  • Gold medallist Northern Broadsword Golden Lion tournament 2004

  • Silver medallist Elementary Barehands Golden Lion tournament 2004

  • Received encouragement award Sparring Golden Lion tournament 2004

  • Placed 4th Nanquan (Southern Fist) Australian KF Wushu Federation State Championships 2006

  • 4 years teaching experience

  • Accredited KF Instructor NCAS
