Sifu Michael Pringle Kung Fu Master
Kung Fu (KF) accredited instructor Sifu Michael Pringle has been training with the Golden Lion Academy for over 16 years. He has been a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 12 years. He successfully completed his 4th Degree Black Belt examination and then in October 2009 was awarded Gold Belt with the title Sifu. Over the course of his training he has studied under all the masters of the academy, in particular, with the Grandmaster Dai Sifu Pier Tsui-Po where he has spent the last 6 years specialising in Dim Mak Pressure Point fighting. In addition, he regularly trains in traditional KF classes under the instruction of Si Gung Richard Tsui-Po. Sifu Michael began teaching both adults and children in 1995. He has assisted Si Gung Richard Tsui-Po, Sifu Steeve Kiat and Sifu Craig Rayner at the Murrumbeena centre over the years. He continues his regular training under the Dai Sifu while teaching adults and children classes at the Murrumbeena centre. He also teaches the Shaolin 5 animals class at Golden Lion's Rowville, Berwick and Murrumbeena academies. Sifu Michael has competed in several intra-club competitions and demonstrations as well as State and National KF Championships. - Commenced training in 1994 at the Golden Lion
