Assistant Kung Fu Instructor
Nick Zarmakoupis

Kung Fu (KF) assistant instructor Nick Zarmakoupis joined the Murrumbeena Centre in 1993; he has progressed through the KF juniors program and achieved 1st Degree Black-Belt in December 2004.

Winner of the Allan Hall memorial trophy in 2005, for the most improved student, Nick commenced the Golden Lion instructors training program in 2006, by assisting Sifu Craig Rayner at the Murrumbeena centre.

Nick has participated in various intra club tournaments, end of year demonstration and enjoys the challenges of the specialised Dim Mak training under the Grandmaster, Dai Sifu Pier Tsui-Po.

Nick is currently training hard to achieve his 2nd degree black belt with the goal of one day being a Golden Lion Master.

  • Commenced training at the Murrumbeena Centre, 1993

  • Achieved 1st Degree Black Belt 2004

  • Winner of Allan Hall Memorial Trophy Winner for Most Improved Student 2005

  • Over 2 years of extensive training in Dim Mak (on going from 2006)

  • Completed special workshops on self defence and weaponry applications

  • Participates in regular in-house instructor training

  • Over 2 years of teaching experience
