To help you to improve your general health, fitness and well being, and knowing that you'll have the ability to defend yourself if a violent situation ever arises, the Golden Lion Academy offers you three main training centres located in Berwick, Rowville and Murrumbeena.

These are fully equipped full time training centres offering you a variety of traditional KF, dim mak pressure points and self defence classes for your enjoyment. Classes are taught by fully accredited experienced instructors and masters.

It is important for you to know that the traditional method of teaching and learning are followed at the Golden Lion Academy, where discipline, respect, honour, patience and humbleness are strongly encouraged.
